clear the hump on the top of the Engine. I had a very good machine shop
replace the center tube with a higher curve piece. Also I did build in a
box on the firewall to clear the dual mag. There was a bolt on cover from
inside the cockpit that could be removed to service the mag. Actually it was
the only way to take it off without removing the Engine. Other then those
two issues I was real happy with the performance and smoothness of that
engine. It ran like a top until I had a certified shop do an annual
inspection for the new owner. They screwed up the timing somehow?? It has
since been corrected and as far as I know still running great. - right
