In the fine print you can carry a person (IF) they're there to help
instruct, note parameters, or for safety reasons.

Thanks Phil !

Sounds about like here - and Paul would qualify on all counts ! ;-)

The big question, though, is - would his insurance company allow/
accept it ?? I have a US licence, and all the other requirements ...

Hi Paul !

Was that 25 Hr. time requirement only for the initial fly-off, or
for any pilot, forever ?? Up here, we need 100 hr. on type (type = tailw
heel),
for the first 5 hours only ...

Surely there must be a better company somewhere !!! I thought I saw
a mention here of somebody in Washington state that was reasonable ....
Anybody help ???

......bobp

PS
There's a good chance you could get in 25 hr. up here in a very short
time ! ;-) :-)

Hi Paul,

Try Falcon Insurance agency. They carry coverage on my Rebel (now on amphibs)
but I don't know what their minimum required hours are. I had it covered on
wheels for $1400 US at 35k.
