As Craig [snowyrvr@mtaonline.net] mentioned I used them [louvers] on my
Rebel [http://tincantimes.dcsol.com]. I have always liked the looks which
is why I installed them, but also have never had any issues with
overheating. I don't think the guy I purchased them from is making them
anymore, besides that he charged quite a bit for them. Since then Avery
tools has started stocking a slightly smaller version and the price is much
more reasonable than what I paid. Take a look at this URL:

You might also check local hot rod/speed shops to see if they have a louver
punch/die setup. Louvers are commonly punched into body parts of custom
cars/hot rods.
