overhead headset jacks

Ken (& others),

Am about to commit to wiring the headset jacks overhead center, just aft the
torque tube, as you have them. Any regrets or downsides with them there?
Stowage or hanging issues, interference with seat movement, Ramble baggage
stacked to the ceiling...?
