Flaps/Ailerons

G'day

Help please.

The construction of my Rebel continues. However I really cannot understand just how the flaps/torque tubes/horns/push rods etc are all connected and cause the flaps & ailerons to operate independently.

I have found the manual just a bit confusing in this area and construction has stopped!

I would appreciate it if someone could take the time really explain how all this works or give me a lesson in manual reading.
