Moose Dimensions

I am looking to build a new hanger and I want to make it big enough to hold a Moose on amphib floats with drooping wing tips. My questions are:

1. Is the height of a Moose on Amphib floats 13.5 feet? This is what I recall reading, but can't seem to find the information now.

2. The standard wingspan of the Moose is 36 feet. Do the Drooping Wing Tips make the wingspan longer than 36'?

I don't want to build the hanger too big as it is on a private airstrip so resale someday is a big factor.
