There is a lot in the archives about this. I used 4 of these

in the forward baggage area, and in the rear I made triangular gussets
between the bulkhead sides and the side channels with a hole for a 3/16 eye
bolt.

I see no provisions for tie-down rings in the Rebel manual, or did I
