Very nice job! It will probably my way... 3 questions:
1- have you prime the aluminium under the foam?
Yes Jean, I had a light coat of green epoxy primer under everything.
2- never had condensation between foam and aluminium
Never found any moisture build up under the foam - perhaps because the foam
and fabric can breath, unlike a vinal type material ??
3- the foam is not glue to aluminium, just the strip keep it in place?
Correct - the foam was cut to a snug fit inbetween the sections and being
flexable even with the fabric glued on (spray adheasive Universal Premium
840) was easy to push in or pull out if needed.
I hope this answers your concerns. - Have fun. - Bob J

Yes the answers will help me. I really think you had a wonderful idea.
Clean, cheap, soundproofing, insulation (very cold in winter here) and a
very nice look! You should have a patent!
