Amphib Float Bulhead templates

Hi Guys,
I just started working on the bulkheads of my floats this week. On bulkheads D, E and H, I which are paired up. The CD manual instructs to remove the full size drawing of figure 3.5.2 from book and use for a template. Are there many other templates needed? Should I have received templates with this kit along with the cd manual? I've contacted MAM but haven't heard back from them yet.
Any help would be appreciated.
