They are true as I have been in close contact with mam about some parts I
have ordered and fell through the cracks in shipping! Nancy is gone and so
is Stephan also Wolf who I dealt with for about two days ? as he told me of
the departures of the others mentioned.
Then when I called this week to see what's going on with my order I was told
that Wolf is now gone??? Not quite sure why??
Now after two days of phone calls I have learned that Steve Cooper is in
parts, and Dean McMurr?? is tech support for now, this was as of Wednesday.
Everyone who I have talked to has been very helpful and willing to get
things going for me. I would like to say that Tammy, in billing has gone the
extra mile to get things right for me and it seems things will be OK.
