Hello everyone,
My new family and busy work schedule force me to consider the new quick-
build rebel kits from MAM if I am to build my own plane. My concern is
whether the well known Mackenzie/Fife and Ontario mods everyone raves
about are best integrated DURING or AFTER major component completion.
I believe the Mackenzie STOL/Fife modifications can be incorporated well
after the wing is complete. Is this also the case for all the Ontario mods? I
would hate to have to drill out rivets (essentially backtrack) to include these.
If anyone can summarize the most popular modifications (dangerous question,
I know) and when they are usually installed in the plane, I could potentially
ask MAM to leave certain parts out during their quick-build process....
any takers?
Thanks for your time,
Rob Schaum
