Alternative Tail wheel to Scott's 3400

I came across an alternative to the Scott's 3400 tailwheel at a much reduced cost.
The 3400 equivalent with wheel & tire assembly is only $US605, plus shipping cost to Sydney Australia, at $US28 & a merchant credit card fee of 3%, say $US652 as against a Scott's from Aircraft Spruce of $US1390 ex US, plus, plus.
So I have order one for my Elite.
