Emails to MAM

I know Drew was concerned he hadn't heard from MAM last week about his
cylinder parts. I talked with Nancy this morning and email has been hit and
miss all week with Kelly moving some stuff over on the servers.

If you have tried to order something and haven't heard from Nancy by days
end (5pm Pacific) then you can be pretty darn sure she never saw your
email....send it again!
