Testing server update

This is just a test message for a server update I'm testing... if all goes well the list name will be displayed at the beginning of the subject line in brackets, while maintaining the subject I entered. I have also added some additional header information to comply with the new RFC Network "List-*:" requirements. You won't see any of this unless you are looking at the message headers.
