A couple of changes...

Wanted to touch real quick on one of the areas that has been changed recently
on the archive site.

One of the most common requests I receive from folks using the archive site is
to delete files uploaded into the wrong file area, or to move them to a
different file area. With the latest round of updates to the site, anybody
with a personal account can now make changes to files they have uploaded
themselves.

NOTE: This will not work with the public account "Rebel", only with personal
accounts... if you don't have one already, you're welcome to create your own
at https://www.dcsol.com/signup

With the changes made, you can now upload a new file of the same name over an
old file, you can move a file that has been uploaded to a different file area,
and you can delete any file that you have uploaded.

To use these new features you need to look up the file in question in the file
library... usually just clicking "New" if you're in the process up uploading
files and find you made a mistake. Then click on that file's "Info" or "Desc"
depending on whether you included a long description during the upload.
This "information" page now has links to allow you to perform any required
file maintenance.

I hope you find this useful... now that these core updates are pretty much
done for this round, I'll get around to updating the web pages with a link to
the classifieds site!
