MAM support

Hi all,
I called MAM this morning for help and I just wanted to pass on a glowing
report, as we went through some questions about that here not long ago.

I had called to find the correct angle for the wing strut fitting on main
spar (my wing figure 9 template question). Tech calls go to Robin, and
although he couldn't find an answer immediately, he said he'd get back to
me. My indirect comment that I was second owner (you know, where I try to
blame the lost template and confusion on the previous guy ;) didn't phase
him.) Couple hours later and Robin had faxed me not only an ACAD drawing of
the current wing strut doubler that accurately pinpoints the angle I asked
for, but also a tracing of the actual part, material thickness, holes marked
and all.

It was a most pleasant, easy, and helpful experience.
