The system has been unavailable for the last 12 hours. I couldn't sleep
last night, so I decided to putz around on the computer... I've been having
trouble for a while with the hard drive mirror on the server, so I thought I
would try an offline rebuild. This means that the system would be allowed
to try rebuilding the duplicate hard drive with the operating system shut
down... my thoughts where that the online rebuild kept failing because it
was simply to busy. I never expected it would take 12 hours though!
Usually offline RAID functions are pretty fast.

Just wanted to let everybody know why it was unavailable... no problems,
just waiting for this process to complete.
