Dale...I have two for Sensenich props (can use on anything by not using the
dowel pins). One is brand new - 2 1/4" thick x 6" dia. Other is lightly
used - 2 11/16" thick x 6" dia. Both are drilled for 7/16" bolts (like would
be on an E2D and a few other O-320's) in SAE #2 pattern for Lycoming. Little
short of the size you want...but I've heard that complaint before !

Curt..SAE #2 is a 4 3/4" diameter bolt hole circle as found on 98% of the
lycomings(a couple of O-235's are SAE #1) and SAE #1 is 4 3/8" diameter bolt
circle as found on most continentals.
The one thing Dale needs to add to his request is what motor it's for. I am
assuming O-235 or O-320... so he needs an extension with the lug holes
counter bored to 5/8" diameter..where as an O-360 has lug holes that are
3/4" diameter.
Cheers,
Wayne

Also, the indexing lug is strictly for the flywheel. The oversize portion of
the lug only comes out for the thickness of the flywheel in order to locate
it's timing marks correctly. Propellor/spacer can be installed in any
position...although to be correct, for a 2 blade prop, it should be stopping
in the ready to hand swing position.
Cheers,
Wayne

Hi Wayne , Curt and George
I'm using a Subaru 2.2 with a PSRU. The prop flange is 6" diameter wtth
43/4" diameter bolt pattern as Wayne said. The holes in the flange are 5/8'
with drive lugs with 3/8" bolt holes, non threaded. Prop is a 72" three
blade Warp Drive.
That is correct Wayne . It's for my Rebel. I am fabricating a cowling
similar to your four hinge model and have to move the nose bowl forward to
clear the engine.2" would help, but three or four would be better.
Lugs are probably in the mail box. Didn't check it yesterday

Hi Dale
What psru? I have the short 200 hp Marcotte psru on that engine. I was
sure that I'd need a prop extension but when I actually made the
nosebowl I found that I did not. There is not a lot of clearance from
the starter but I didn't even need a bump in the nosebowl like for a
Lycoming starter. The Marcotte is designed for a manual transmission
starter which might be a fraction of an inch shorter than the one off
the automatic. The starters that I've seen are not easilly
interchangeable but I can measure the length of both if it helps.

Thanks Ken but I am using a belt reduction unit. I attatched the plywood
discs and trimmed the nosebowl for the starter but am still too close. I am
using the Thorpe T-18 nosebowl from AC Spruce Bob.
Wayne , I wasn't clear whether the ones you had would fit. I could set up a
