Use the two little discs and squeeze them with a pair of pliers, (if you can
get them in there)!

rudder ribs...

Jean,
I bought a de-burring tool from McMaster-Carr Supply Co.
<www.mcmaster.com>, part number 4262A31 for the 1/8-inch size. The
price in 2001 was US$48.93. Aircraft Tool Supply
<www.aircraft-tool.com> has the same thing for about $10 more.

The tool has a spring-loaded cutter that first de-burrs one side of the
hole. Then the cutter retracts as you push it through the hole. Pull
back gently to de-burr the other side. If you buy this tool, practice
on a piece of scrap before you try to use it on your airplane. When
the cutter is new, it will enlarge the hole in thin sheet metal if it
has too much tension on the spring (tension is adjustable) or if the
drill turns too fast or if you let it cut for too much time.
