Hi All,

Someone inquired the other day about M-14 installation. I just uploaded 4
pictures of the firewall portion of the air start system to Maddog. The
first picture showing the "manifold" we purchased from:
www.jimkimballenterprises.com
is a PhotoShop file .psd which has each component labeled. My browser would
not open it but allowed me to download it and open it in PhotoShop.

I work on a Mac I hope it works for you PC guys.

Mike, any comments about .psd files.

Dave, the link to the archive is at the bottom of all the emails...having
said that I can't get the new secure (https) to work today either. The old
one does though, try this.

http://rebel:builder@www.dcsol.com:81/default.htm

Once there click on "FILES" and then button NEW files for past ( 7 ) days
to see recent stuff. Otherwise navigate with the stuff on the left.

I've had a few problems lately with the SSL portion of the system... I think
I've got it all worked out now though. I've also applied for a store bought
certificate, which should mean that once I have that you won't get the warning
screen about not being from a trusted authority anymore.

It's amazing, a year ago a certificate would have cost me around $400 a
year... now I can get one for $49 a year! I wish airplane parts would follow
a similar trend!

Don:

Thanks for the pic's. Where did you mount the oil tank? ? Did you get your
oil system from MAM?? Seems that the fire wall gets very crowded with all
the stuff that has to be hung there.

Did you ever get a list together for the items that were required for
mounting the M-14 into the moose?

Don, I ran your photos through the Irfanview program I have available for
download on the site... I know that doesn't do you Mac users any good, but
thought I'd mention it again for all the Windoze users out there. Took that
1.4MB photo shop file and converted it to a 44KB jpg file. Also opened your
jpg files and resaved them... didn't change them at all, but the file size is
now less than half of what it was before. Great little program... especially
for free!

Found a way to save the PhotoShop files as jpg and smaller.
Next time.
