Blank messages

[Mike Davis]

I'm trying to solve a problem one of the list members if having... he
receives about 20% of the messages from the list with nothing but a header.
The actual messages are missing. Has anybody else experienced this? I know
that an occasional message is sent to the list on accident with nothing in
it, but these should at least go out with the default footer in them:

let me know off list... if you have examples, please forward them as
