I am starting forward from #2 carrythrough. Planning for the round engine.
Can I continue building the engine mount framework forward to the firewall
as planned or do I need to make any changes to accomodate the round engine?

Hi Jim,

Sorry I can't help out. We are building from a quick build.
I guess I would check with MAM.

Mr. Boardman,
Thank you for your reply. I decided I'd wait until I receive the mount.
I'd rather build back from the "hard to change part" to what I can change
to accomodate, rather than build forward and then find........ you know....

What manual are you using?? 2500 or that plus the 3500 upgrade packet? It
shows any changes. One change I can think of without looking is the side
doubler that goes behind the upper engine mounts is longer and picks up the
vertical door posts now. Some are adding a channel on the firewall behind
the top V brace mount that goes down to at least the horizontal reinforcing
channel.
