Hmmm... the last sentance here caught my eye. Rigged this way would be
equivalent to having a notch of relex on a standard Rebel I think. That
would probably make the ailerons faired with the wingtip with a bit of
reflex which is probably a good thing.

Ailerons.....15 degrees up, 12 degrees down.
Flap....max of 25 degrees, with 12 degrees of droop on the aileron.
Elevator....I settle for 20 up. 15 down.
Rudder, as much as you can get allowing 1/4" clearance from the Elevator as
it cycles up and down.

I do indeed use washers to space out the tube at the tip end to stop any
lateral slop. From memory, an AN6 washer slips nicely over that AIL-26 steel
bushing, and spaces things out.

OK, now to set neutral aileron, ignore the nonsense in the manual about
building a plywood jig thing......the aileron and flap are in the neutral
position when the lower surface of the leading edge of the flap/aileron (the
flat bit forward of the spar) is level with the bottom surface of the wing.
You will notice the aileron/ flap in this position have the trailing edges
slightly raised...this is the built in 5 degrees.
