1800 amphibs brakes

Do the brakes face inboard or outboard? If they face outboard does the
brake line go over or under the retract cylinder?

1800 amphibs brakes

Mine were pre-built in the Philippines and came with brakes on the inboard
side. A local builder here is doing his with the brakes on the outside, as
this is the side where the axle grease nipple has to go. The brake line
guide in the wheel well then needs to be placed on the outside as well.

Thanks Walter I never thought about it and cut my cover plates for the
brakes on the inside. theres a hose diagram that shows the brake line on
the outside but I casn't find anything in the manual to say wich way it
goes. Hopefully it doesn't matter.
