Elevator cable tension?

My manual does not call out the elevator cable tension. Can anybody enlighten
me?

Hi Scott
I just tightened mine enough so the cable that's not in tension doesn't
sag.I think the front fairlead would wear fairly quickly if it was done up
any tighter.
