I was lucky enough to find out that the Middle East rep for PRC-Desoto is here
in Dubai.
Spent some time with him on the phone and it sounds like he can provide enough
103ml 'sample' kits of PR1422 to complete my second 120 usg wing.
I used (12) PR1422-B2 and 6 PR1422-(A2) 103ml kits on the first wing.
These kits are two tubes that you squirt the hardener into the base and mix
then apply with a gun.
I found a standard caulking gun works fine but you'll have to look around the
shop for something to use a a nozzle.
For small quantities I just marked graduations on the outside of the
transparent tubes and extracted equal ratios of only what I needed.
PR1422 base is Brown, PS870 base is white. both hardeners are black
mixed 1422 is dark brown and 870 is black
I believe MAM provided PS870 and these two are not compatible without using a
special primer.
Both are good for kerosene, gasoline and alcohol based fluids.
Type A is for rivets (thinnest)
Type B is for fillets (thickest)
Type C is for Faying, which is skin to skin (not so thick or thin)
PR1422 is only available in 1/2 and 2 hour application time.
PS870 can be had in 1/2, 2. 4 or 8 hour application time
Mike, you may want to add the pdf. data sheets to the files or a link to PRC
and other sealant sites.

I didn't think that pro-seal was all that bad other than containing
toluene and requiring ventilation and gloves, but darned if I can locate
an MSDS sheet for comparison.
http://www.sikacanada.com/eng/constr/cat/js/d100.htm also hints that a
primer might be beneficial for items that are going to be immersed in
water??
