I've had several queries about the STOL kits, so I'll answer
here, online !
I guess Angus is away, or he'd answer himself (it IS in the
archives already ...).
Angus supplies the McKenzie STOL kits for the Rebel, and now
the Super Rebel/Moose. The kit includes a sturdy formed aluminum
leading edge extension, the ribs to support it, and wing fences.
The cuff extends forward and down about 3 or 4", and allows the Rebel
to fly with full control at ridiculous angles of attack ! The improved
control at very low speeds adds greatly to safety.
There are several Rebels nearby who are flying with the
McKenzie STOL kits, and everyone is VERY pleased !!

He has a couple of Rebel kits in stock. The Super Rebel kit
has been installed on a builders S/R in B.C., and we look forward
to hearing his comments.
If the weather's good (and the creek don't rise ! :-) ),
