Mike, hope I didn't cause it! There was a freshly overhauled O-540 engine on
Barnstormers for only $17,000US that I tried to send to the list direct from
there. It didn't come back out of the list to me, so I hope that wasn't what
"hung" it up.

As for the engine for anyone interested. Freshly overhauled O-540-A1B5 for
experimental usage.Can be converted to fuel injection if required to raise
HP etc. Completely overhauled, as are excessories. Dyna flocal mt. Premiun

Just caught my eye as this is only abaout $27,000 Cdn at the current
$1.60/$1.00 exchange rate and over a year ago when the dollar was closer to
a $1.50/$1.00 we were looking at $40,000 Cdn to get a freshly overhauled
IO-540 out of a local certified engine shop overhauled for experimental
usage. Don't think fuel injection would add another $13,000++ to the price!

By now all the members of the list who are subscribed in Digest mode know

things went a little haywire today. Somehow the server got hung on 1

and just kept generating digest messages over and over again. I've

got it stopped, but there are some messages posted to the list that did

out in digest mode due to this. Check the archives. I'm terribly sorry
for
the inconvenience. It's rather ironic that digest mode is there for folks
who
don't want to get lots of messages in their mailbox, but it was only those
folks who got the flood caused by this.

Nope, that wasn't it Wayne. The message was actually a reply to another
message to the list. I've reviewed the message that was being repeated and
can find nothing out of the ordinary with the message. I think something
just happened that caused the server to misbehave.
