Hello Rick,
17" in aft of main spar, or 11" in front of rear corner, is correct. Make
sure to install fuel strainer inside the tank at/on that fitting.

Subject: [rebel-builders] Moose fuel tank outlets location
All, I'm working on my Moose (originally Super Rebel SR114)
On the Root Rib fuel tank outlet, the Builder's Manual text says to locate
it at the bottom rear corner. (there's a small hole there already. Tooling
hole?)
The diagram shows the outlet location to be 17" aft of the main spar, which
puts it 11" in front of the rear corner.
Can you tell me which location is correct? The manual contradicts itself
again.
Thanks,
Rick Byers
