I built a rebel and I like the elite dash better. I bought one to replace
the one that came with my kit and after I saw it in place I could not see
losing the visibility. I think it was 11" from top of windscreen to center
of the top of the panel! I believe it has to be mounted in the same place
so it'll match up with the front corner wraps. I spoke with other elite
owners and they said their visibility was adequate but I decided to go with
the rebel dash. I still have the elite one. I'd like to sell it. Craig

Quick query re Rebel dashboard.
I'm building a Rebel but putting the Elite curved dash (FUS 427) in.
In the instructions (chapter 12.16) the top of the Rebel dash is
positioned 29" off the table.
Can people who have the elite dash in a Rebel please confirm I'm still
working with 29 inches.
It just seems positioned too high and narrowing the windscreen area.
As I have no Rebels on my doorstep I have nothing to measure.
