The "Mark Landaul" prop vibration dampener (I'm not sure I spelled that
correctly). Any one have experience with one of these things? It weighs about
7 or 8 lb. I have acquired one but have no idea how they perform.

This is one of those issues with the WD and other lightweight props that I was
talking about the other day, and the reasons why one might be better off with a metal
prop. There was some discussion on this site probably 6 months ago about these dampeners.
I believe he advertises in Sport Aviation magazine.
Thanks to Wayne and Bob for the confirmation about the front stab mounting BOLT.
Do you guys know what the wing incidence is by design? Are there any mods that have taken
place as far as the wing incidence is concerned.

Hi Rick !
Don't know what the design wing incidence is, but it has NOT
been changed since #002 (it was raised one degree from #001).
(I've owned them both ... still have #001, but it IS for sale ! :-) )
I wouldn't recommend tinkering with wing angles - the standard
setup works just great.... The only concern is getting them both
equal, and that shouldn't be too difficult.
Same goes for dihedral - the standard 1 degree is perfect. I've
seen an "improved" rebel that had 3 degrees - looked terrible, and
apparently flew that way, too ! :-( The pilot did NOT like the
way it handled at all !

be worth while to combine a WD with the dampener to smooth things out. I
believe the WD and Mark Landaul dampener may be 18 lb. together, still
lighter than a metal prop.
