[rebel-builders] ground handle

The brackets once riveted hold the through rod in place. Can not
remember if I had to put in a set screw or not. Then the handle
extensions pop out once the insert if pushed in and twisted. Works
well and is very handy.

I have the murphy ground handeling handle.

What holds the through rod in place once the brackets are installed. There
is no place for a set screw or such?
