Moose: BB-128 pulleys

Chap09 Tailcone, page 6 & 7 references two BB-128 pulleys between bulkhead F
& G. I didn't think I had any in the Moose--I stand corrected. These two
BB-128 pulleys are the ONLY two mentioned in the entire manual--I did a full
search using Adobe Acrobat on the CD-version of the manual.
