oops ... too many Moose parts?

hello fellow builders.

I'm nearing completion of my Moose with only the finishing touches to go and
I've found some 2 inch pulleys BB-128. There are four of these and I cannot
see where they should have been installed. There were 10 3 inch pulleys
which have all been installed.

Does anyone recall for what the 2 inch pulleys were to be used?
