[rebel-builders] Fus 370 for the Moose

FUS-370 is the front stab mount....... why would you need that part for a
stiffener??

Hey Jeff, I saw in the archives it is used as a stiffener behind the pully's.
Attaching the horizontal bulkhead FUS-344 to the bulkhead FUS-343. This is all in the tail section.

Perhaps this is one instance only, someone thought it would help.
