Post by David R. Greaton » Sun Feb 19, 2012 6:03 pm

What is the final size of the rear wing attach bolt on the Moose?

Thanks

Rear Wing Attach

Post by David R. Greaton » Sun Feb 19, 2012 6:15 pm

Hi All,

This Question has been answered for me already, but I just want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong. The rear wing attach has about a quarter inch space where it slides into the fuselage brackets the wing bracket is resting on the rear fuselage tab on both sides. Ted said that no spacers are used in this area and I assume that he is correct, but it sure seems weird to me. with no spacer I cannot tighten up the bolt without bending the tabs. Do I use a castellated nut and snug up the bolt or what?

Sorry about second guessing but I just need a little reassurance I'm doing the right thing.

Thank you so much,

Dave Greaton
