Front wing attachment

Dose anyone know what the dimensions are for the spacer on the front wing attachment. ( Moose ). Mam won't send me the part so I want to fabricate it myself.

Q2. Does the wing go fully forward so the spacer is behind the attachment or do we split it and have equal spacers on each side?
