Free panel builder...Trouble.

Hi gang ! I was unable to get anything out of this link , locked up my computer (twice). Any ideas ? Jason ? I have Windows ME & AOL . Please Help , Chris.

Ditto, no luck.
But I see, in small print on the home page, that it only works for Internet
Explorer 5.0. I checked it with 3 other browsers (Including a new netscape
since I don't have MicroBabble's IE 5.0), and none of them worked.

I tried the link and it worked just fine. I have Internet Explorer Ver. 6,
and an independent ISP (up here in Canada).

The Panel builder worked very well and I think that everyone could benefit
form it.

If you don't have IE, you might try this link to an
apparently older version of the panel builder that I
was able to use with Netscape 4.75.

This link works with Netscape 6.1 also.
