1500 floats

[Hjalmar Bardslokken]

Hello everyone,
My name is Hjalmar Bardslokken and I live in Quebec City.I've owned Rebel 308 ul since 2001.Before anyone starts guessing ,the name is Norwegian but I was born in Canada.I bought myself a non finished Murphy 1500 float kit. there are a few things missing.One being a CAD drawing of the floats,two there was no bumpers and three no rigging. I do have the spreader bars. Does anyone have a file you could send me of the Cad drawing? I sent an e-mail to MAM about the bumpers NO ANSWER.
Also is there any particular reason people install the float cups on the side of the floats instead of the top?
