Bernard, if it is Sensenich, get the 74 X 54 two blade metal prop. Both the 150 hp and the 160 hp 320 Lycomings perform best with this prop when on amphibs. Do not get the 74 X 56 inch pitch prop as there is a big loss of performance compared to the 54 pitch. Your take-off, climb and top speeds will be better with the 54. And there will be no loss in cruise (just slightly rpm) or fuel efficiency.

I know this from many hours of flying side by side with other planes with these different props, so this is from real life experience, not theory.
