I am installing dual Blue Mountain Sport in my Elite. Yes
the
magnetometers should be level although there is a "set
level" software
function that is supposed to take care of discrepancies of
up to 10
degrees. On this setup the AHRS is a single unit with the
display but
the mags are seperate are quite small. I was able to mount
one in each
wing directly to the skin using shims at one end.
