Looks good Mike !!!

Not liking the Prince info though... have a brand new one to install on a
150HP amphib tomorrow... that's a 74-46... and the really weird one then is
the one I have for the Rebel I just bought.. that was a 42 and repitched to
44 for a 160 HP !

Yours is 150HP correct???

At Drew's suggestion, I posted a pic to the website. As to the prop: The
48" pitch has the same performance as the 47"! I can still over-rev at
cruise and cruise speed is the same. Climb-out rpm at 80 mph is 2,700. I
have sent an e-mail to Mr. Prince for some insight, but no response yet.

Mike, C-FNBO

[rebel-builders] C-FNBO - New Paint

Thanks Wayne,

Yes, I have 150 HP, but on the dyno, when the engine was overhauled, the
engine produced 166 HP. Or so I was told.

The good news is that Lonnie Prince hasn't given up on me yet. He is very
customer service oriented. He is going to send another prop, somewhere in
the 50" pitch range, at his cost. He doesn't have an explanation as to why
the 48" produced the same result as the 47". Neither do I. The only change
in the airplane is that it is now painted (extra 34 pounds, but probably
lower surface drag coefficient).

If I had a 44" prop, I'd have to be real careful pushing in the throttle.

Mike.
