Flaperon cable installation

you've probably got the right part but instead of the doubler sticking down
rivet it on the flat to the flap rib and the first bulkhead behind the spar
carrythrough mines abour 2"x4" with the back corner cut off.

I just got around to starting the flaperon teleflex cable installation today and have
noticed that some detail is missing. The procedure refers to a 'teleflex retainer
(31509)' ... now I'm guessing that would be 1 of the 2 clamps (different part #) that fit
nicely around the cable ..? Or, am I missing something? Also, what is the dimension or
