Moose: Updated Flap-11 hole location

I just uploaded a corrected image from a March 2007 version of chapter 9-4
that shows the correct location of the Flap-11 hole in the rear spar attach
doubler. The updated image is located in area 107 S/M Fuselage (file name:
<https://mail.dcsol.com/code/html-fdnld? ... no=1042432>
Flap11_UpdatedLocation_w.jpg ). It turns out that the location in previous
versions of Chapter 9-4 is incorrect and will lead to downstream fit
problems with the headliner.
