Not sure that really needed to be posted here...but since it's out in the
open it was done on good terms and they are still involved with MAM in their
evening hours.

Word on the street is that Stephane and Nancy took jobs at another
company.

[rebel-builders] Gossip

Hi Mike !

I agree with Wayne - "not sure this really needed to be posted here".

Since I've heard a collective intake of breath, and there's a lot
of 'background buzz', I'll offer a few comments/observations ...

It is always unsettling when you lose contact with someone who
has been a great help to you in working toward your dreams. Many of
you have had great service and support from this couple. I'm sure
you will join me in wishing them every success in their new endeavours !
You certainly can't fault them for wanting a better life together -
and who could refuse a significant increase in income, even if
it means moving !

While it is great for a couple to work together, and can be good
for the company, the downside is that you can lose 2 good people
at the same time.

My guess is the "gossip" was posted because of uncertainties about what
might be going on. My dealings with MAM have been few and positive, but
IMO it is understandable for builders and potential Murphy customers to
feel edgy when they see some of the recent posts (such as order and check
accepted, with near zero communication afterward) . I'm glad to see a post
from Bob indicating things are still fine at MAM. Excellent. I would be
all in favor of seeing an occasional post from Darryl here to avoid
confusion or nervous speculation (aka gossip).

Nice reply Bob and I agree, but it does get frustrating when there is no
answer when chasing an order that is long overdue. I guess I will just hurry
up and wait. Thanks. Bob J

I'm glad the posting was made here. It keeps some of us up to date as to the
workings at MAM. I have had an ongoing communication that Stephane was
attempting to handle. Who do I go to now? My issue was and is of great
importance and value $$$ to me. I live in South Florida, and have even
considered travelling to MAM for a factory tour and an audience concerning
my requests. ... an expensive solution to say the least. No complaints, just
concern over a mutual accounting mistake. I am as guilty as anyone in
allowing the issue to occur and continue.

Don't worry too much, Eric - I don't think you need to jump on
a jet !!! Your issues will be resolved - there's a whole happy
team of people at Murphy who will do their best to look after
everybody. Please just bear with them while they get up to
speed on the situation. Everyone is pitching in to help answer
queries.... and customer satisfaction is still top priority !
You may have to review the whole situation with them, so they
can help you.

I'm sure there will be new people hired soon for sales &
shipping, and the present staff are doing their best to keep
the kits moving out the doors !
