1800 Float build CD

Thanks for the orders so far guys. Made a trip to the post office this
morning with the first batch of orders.....please let me know when your disc
has arrived as well, and let me know what you think.

Now that I've been returned to reality by our "great" postal system I need
to have another look at pricing for future orders. I'm already losing $21+
to taxes on Cdn orders compared to US orders so I may have to adjust Canada
accordingly. Definitely going to have to look at out of country orders on a
one by one bases.... with $41 to England for a CD.

What might be cool is to work a deal with Mike where the CD contents are
made available for download after a paypal payment, and Mike gets a
percentage not as sinful as Cdn taxes or other. Of course setting this up
is just the sort of scheme that would keep Mike from building so probably a
dumb idea.
