I think Crossflow is using the 2 litre WRX. I don't know anyone using the
new wrx engines though. The new impreza wrx are 300HP! stock. I think
that is what I am going to swap my EJ22 for:). As for weight hard to
compare one guy that had a EJ25 and swapped back to a IO360 says it
25lbs lighter but no muffler or constant speed prop so it hard to compare
apples and oranges. As for WWII technologies the company that made the
engines for the zero went on to become Subaru.
