Tank venting again

Here's another idea for venting, not a new one I'm sure: The idea of using
an internal vent line to the opposite side of the tank for the crossvent to
prevent fuel going between the tanks when parked on a slope gave me an idea
for a different ram air vent. Instead of the inverted J at the top of the
wing root I could have an L vent under the wing at the outboard end of the
tank connected to a line running inside the tank to the inboard forward
corner. This would provide several advantages; I should get better ram air
pressure under the wing; fuel should not drain out of the vent in a rollover
accident; If any fuel did come out of the vent it would be far from the
cabin; There should be no issue of water getting in the vent. I have read
cautions about fuel siphoning out while parked with an underwing vent
system, but it sure seems to me that with the line running inside the tank
all the way to the root that you would not get more than a slug out on the
ramp when the tanks are completely full, which for me will not be very often
because I have 4 bay tanks. The 4 bay tanks also mean that the outboard end
of the tank is very close to the strut attach point which would be the
perfect place for a vent tube as there is already a doubler there, and I can
access the outboard end of the tank through the existing inspection hole for
the strut attach fittings. With the crossvent line going to the outboard end
of the tank there should be no chance of fuel transferring when parked on a
slope. Of course this means I would have two lines running inside each tank.
