change to access archives

Well it looks like Micro$oft broke something with their latest round of
security fixes for Internet Explorer... the link at the bottom of all list
messages to the archives had the public username and password embedded in
the link, so it would log in automatically. Well, it doesn't seem to work
anymore... so, I've removed the username and password from the URL, and
added a line underneath listing the username and password just incase anyone
forgets. Now when you click on the link, you should get a login prompt...
just use the public login, or your own if you've set up a personal account
and from there it's business as usual.
