Hi, following up on Mr.Kyro's comments, I have 120 trouble free hours on
my Ross-Aero. 2.2 Subaru Legacy and 3 bladed Warp Drive prop. I would
love to have the Eggenfellner 2.5 liter Subaru fwf set-up and would
certainly recommend that.

Hello group,
I established a connection with a Japanese Auto Engine agent who offers
almost new EJ-25 SOHC engines that are removed from Factory Subaru cars that
are damaged or used in test environments. In most cases these engines are as
good as brand new. They come complete and ready to run with all engine
components. The price is very attactive, but the minimum order number is 12
and they are shipped from Japan to Canada. Before I get into this too deep,
I would like to see if there is enough interest or energy in the group to
muster up a large scale purchase.
I don't want to tie up the list on this, so please reply off list to me if
you want more info.

I should of anticipated the price question and not hung a carrot in the
wind. The price is right around 2500 CND plus $250.00 each for crate and
shipping to Canada. I have pictures (for whats that is worth), that were
taken last weekend in Japan of the engines as they sit in a wrecking yard in
Japan. They look like brand spanking new engines and I have been assured
that all the engine electronics are there. The fellow I am working thru
builds up Rally Subarus in New Zealand and knows the engines very well and
understands the application (his brother is a RV6 builder)
The logistics of getting these engines from my place to various locations
around north america might prove to be more of a problem than the trip
across the Pacific.
I'm open to suggestions as to how something like this could be pulled off
with out adding too much cost to the original price.
Cam Andres
